Privacy Policy
Who we are
Sallait is made by Zeeza (DVC Advisory S.P.C, “we”), the developer named on the App Store and Google Play. Contact: hi@zeeza.ai.
What we collect
Nothing. Sallait has no sign-up, no account, no server of ours, and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The app never sends your data to us or to any other company for us. Because nothing reaches us, we cannot see, sell or share any of it.
What stays on your phone
Sallait keeps the following in its own storage on your device, only so the app can work:
- Your settings: language, city, calculation method, time adjustments, reminder choices, look, app icon and other style choices.
- Your prayer log (which prayers you marked as prayed or made up), your streak, and when excused mode was on.
- Tasbih counts, finished athkar sets, your reading progress and favourites.
- What the widgets show (prayer times, statuses and streak), kept in storage shared only with Sallait's own widgets.
- A small record for the rating request: the date you first opened the app, how many days you've opened it, and when the rating pop-up was last requested.
This data is included in your phone's own backups (iCloud or Google device backup), if you have them turned on. Those backups are run by Apple or Google under their terms. We have no access to them.
Location
- Location is optional. Sallait asks for it only when you tap “Get started” on the first screen or set your city to “Automatic (use my location)”. Tap “Choose city” instead, or decline the request, and Sallait never uses your location.
- It is used only while the app is open (never in the background), at city-level accuracy. On Android, Sallait holds only the “approximate location” permission.
- The fix is matched on your phone to the nearest city in a built-in list. Only that city is saved; the location fix itself is never stored and is never sent to us.
- To show the city's name in your language, Sallait asks your phone's own place-name service (Apple's on iPhone, Google's on Android). The phone may send the coordinates to Apple or Google to get the name back. This is part of the operating system and is covered by Apple's or Google's privacy policy. Offline, the built-in names are used.
- Prayer times and the qibla are calculated on your phone. The qibla compass uses your phone's motion sensors on the device.
Notifications
Prayer and athkar reminders are local notifications that your phone schedules itself. There is no push server, and nothing is sent to set them up. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone's settings.
Photos and sharing
When you choose “Save to Photos”, Sallait adds the image you made to your photo library. It asks only for permission to add photos and never reads your library. On Android 10 and later no permission is needed. Images are shared only when you tap Share, to the app you pick.
Links and the stores
- Links you tap open in your browser or store app: the Tanzil Project website (the source of the Quran text) and the App Store or Google Play page for Zeeza, our other app. The Zeeza store link carries a campaign tag (“sallait”), so Apple or Google can show us how many people came from Sallait, as totals only.
- Rating request: Sallait may ask your phone to show the App Store's or Google Play's own rating pop-up. Apple or Google decide whether to show it, and handle any rating you give.
- Statistics from the stores: Apple and Google give developers totals such as downloads. They also share crash reports from people who have agreed, in their phone's settings, to share them with developers. These come from Apple or Google, not from code in Sallait.
- In-app purchases: none are offered today. If optional purchases are added later, they will be handled entirely by Apple or Google; we would receive no payment details. This policy will be updated first.
Third-party code
Sallait uses open-source libraries that run on your phone (for example for the local database, notifications and widgets). None of them is an analytics, advertising or tracking SDK, and none sends your data to us or to third parties. Sallait does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across apps or websites.
Children and teens
Sallait is made for everyone, including young people. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the age set by your country's law). It has no account, no chat, no content shared by users, and no third-party ads. Parents and guardians can contact us with any question.
Deleting your data
All of Sallait's data is on your phone, so deleting the app deletes the data. Copies may remain in your phone's iCloud or Google backups until those backups are replaced or deleted in your phone's settings. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete. You can still write to us.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data a company holds about you. Since we hold none, these requests have nothing to act on, but we will always reply.
Changes
If anything here changes, for example if a future version adds a feature that needs a server, we will update this page and its date before that version is released. We will also update the App Store and Google Play privacy labels.

ما الذي نجمعه
لا شيء. لا يوجد في صلّيت تسجيل ولا حساب ولا خادم خاص بنا، ولا أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات أو تتبّع. لا يرسل التطبيق بياناتك إلينا، ولا إلى أي شركة أخرى نيابةً عنا. وبما أنه لا يصلنا شيء، فلا يمكننا رؤية بياناتك أو بيعها أو مشاركتها.
ما الذي يبقى على هاتفك
يحفظ صلّيت ما يلي في مساحته الخاصة على جهازك، لكي يعمل التطبيق فقط:
- الإعدادات: اللغة، والمدينة، وطريقة الحساب، وتعديل الأوقات، واختيارات التنبيهات، والمظهر، وأيقونة التطبيق، وغيرها من اختيارات التخصيص.
- سجل الصلاة (ما سُجّل أداؤه أو قضاؤه)، وسلسلة الأيام، وفترات تفعيل وضع العذر.
- أعداد التسبيح، ومجموعات الأذكار المكتملة، وموضع القراءة، والمفضلة.
- ما تعرضه الأدوات (المواقيت والحالة وسلسلة الأيام)، في مساحة مشتركة مع أدوات صلّيت فقط.
- سجل صغير لطلب التقييم: تاريخ أول فتح للتطبيق، وعدد أيام فتحه، وآخر مرة طُلبت فيها نافذة التقييم.
تدخل هذه البيانات في النسخ الاحتياطية لهاتفك (iCloud أو النسخ الاحتياطي من Google) إن كانت مفعّلة. تديرها Apple أو Google وفق شروطهما، ولا نستطيع الوصول إليها.
الموقع
- الموقع اختياري. يطلبه صلّيت فقط عند الضغط على «ابدأ» في الشاشة الأولى، أو عند اختيار «تلقائي (استخدم موقعي)» للمدينة. وعند اختيار «اختر مدينتك» أو رفض الطلب، لا يستخدم صلّيت موقعك أبدًا.
- يُستخدم فقط أثناء فتح التطبيق، ولا يُستخدم في الخلفية أبدًا، وبدقة على مستوى المدينة. وفي Android يملك صلّيت إذن «الموقع التقريبي» فقط.
- يُطابَق الموقع على الهاتف مع أقرب مدينة في قائمة مدمجة. تُحفظ المدينة وحدها، ولا يُحفظ الموقع نفسه أبدًا، ولا يُرسل إلينا.
- لعرض اسم المدينة بلغتك، يستعين صلّيت بخدمة أسماء الأماكن في نظام الهاتف (خدمة Apple في iPhone، وخدمة Google في Android). وقد يرسل الهاتف الإحداثيات إلى Apple أو Google ليعود الاسم. هذه الخدمة جزء من نظام التشغيل، وتخضع لسياسة الخصوصية لدى Apple أو Google. ودون إنترنت تُستخدم الأسماء المدمجة.
- تُحسب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة على الهاتف، وتعتمد البوصلة على مستشعرات الحركة في الجهاز.
التنبيهات
تنبيهات الصلاة والأذكار تنبيهات محلية يجدولها الهاتف بنفسه. لا يوجد خادم إشعارات، ولا يُرسل شيء لإعدادها. ويمكن إيقافها من التطبيق أو من إعدادات الهاتف.
الصور والمشاركة
عند اختيار «حفظ في الصور» يضيف صلّيت الصورة التي صنعتها إلى مكتبة الصور. يطلب إذن الإضافة فقط، ولا يقرأ مكتبة الصور أبدًا، وفي Android 10 وما بعده لا يحتاج إلى أي إذن. ولا تُشارك الصور إلا عند الضغط على «مشاركة»، وإلى التطبيق الذي تختاره.
الروابط والمتاجر
- الروابط التي تضغط عليها تفتح في المتصفح أو في تطبيق المتجر: موقع مشروع تنزيل (مصدر نص القرآن)، وصفحة تطبيقنا الآخر «زيزا» في App Store أو Google Play. يحمل رابط زيزا وسم حملة («sallait»)، لتعرض لنا Apple أو Google أعداد القادمين من صلّيت بصورة إجمالية فقط.
- طلب التقييم: قد يطلب صلّيت من الهاتف إظهار نافذة التقييم الخاصة بـApp Store أو Google Play. تقرر Apple أو Google إظهارها من عدمه، وتتوليان أي تقييم يُكتب.
- إحصاءات المتاجر: تقدّم Apple وGoogle للمطوّرين أرقامًا إجمالية مثل عدد التنزيلات. وتشاركان تقارير الأعطال ممن وافقوا في إعدادات هواتفهم على مشاركتها مع المطوّرين. هذه البيانات تأتي من Apple أو Google، لا من شيفرة صلّيت.
- المشتريات داخل التطبيق: لا توجد أي مشتريات حاليًا. إن أُضيفت مشتريات اختيارية لاحقًا، فستتولاها Apple أو Google بالكامل، ولن تصلنا أي بيانات دفع. وستُحدَّث هذه السياسة قبل ذلك.
شيفرات الأطراف الأخرى
يستخدم صلّيت مكتبات مفتوحة المصدر تعمل على هاتفك (مثل قاعدة البيانات المحلية والتنبيهات والأدوات). ليس بينها أي أداة تحليل أو إعلانات أو تتبّع، ولا ترسل أيٌّ منها بياناتك إلينا أو إلى غيرنا. ولا يستخدم صلّيت معرّف الإعلانات، ولا يتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع.
الأطفال واليافعون
صلّيت مصمّم للجميع، ومنهم صغار السن. لا يجمع أي معلومات شخصية من أحد، بمن فيهم الأطفال دون 13 عامًا (أو السن التي يحددها قانون بلدك). لا يوجد فيه حساب، ولا محادثة، ولا محتوى ينشره المستخدمون، ولا إعلانات خارجية. ويمكن لأولياء الأمور التواصل معنا لأي سؤال.
حذف بياناتك
كل بيانات صلّيت موجودة على هاتفك، لذا حذف التطبيق يحذف البيانات. وقد تبقى نسخ منها في النسخ الاحتياطية على iCloud أو Google إلى أن تُستبدل تلك النسخ أو تُحذف من إعدادات الهاتف. لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات عنك، فلا يوجد لدينا ما نحذفه، ومع ذلك يسعدنا تواصلك.
حقوقك
تمنحك قوانين الخصوصية، مثل اللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات، حق الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية لدى أي جهة وتصحيحها وحذفها. ولأننا لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات، فلا يوجد ما تنطبق عليه هذه الطلبات، لكننا سنرد دائمًا.
التغييرات
إن تغيّر شيء مما سبق، كأن يضيف إصدار مستقبلي ميزة تحتاج إلى خادم، فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها قبل صدور ذلك الإصدار. وسنحدّث كذلك بطاقات الخصوصية في App Store وGoogle Play.
