No. Sallait has no account and no sign-in. Everything works on your phone.

Sallait picks the method your country's official body publishes, from your city. Check that the city is right in Profile → Settings → City. You can change the calculation method or the Asr time, or add a few minutes to any prayer under “Per-prayer offsets”.

Allow notifications for Sallait. In Settings, if you see “Reminders may arrive late”, tap it and allow “Alarms & reminders” so reminders arrive on the exact minute. Some phones also stop apps in the background to save battery; set Sallait's battery use to “Unrestricted” in the phone's settings.

iPhone keeps a limited number of scheduled reminders, so Sallait plans a few days ahead. Opening the app now and then tops them up. If you haven't opened it for a while, a reminder says “Open Sallait to keep your reminders coming.”

No. Tap “Choose city” on the first screen or pick your city in Settings. If you allow location, it's used on your phone to find your city and prayer times. Sallait doesn't store it or send it to us. See the privacy policy.

When your phone's time zone changes, Sallait offers to update. You can also set the city to “Automatic (use my location)” or choose the new city in Settings.

Hold the phone flat, away from metal, magnets and magnetic cases, then draw a figure eight in the air a few times to calibrate. When the sun is up, Sallait can also guide you by the sun.

iPhone: touch and hold the Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, and choose Sallait. Android: touch and hold the home screen, tap Widgets, and choose Sallait. Style the widgets in Profile → Style → Widgets.

It pauses prayer reminders while the athkar continue, and your streak keeps counting. Turn it on in Settings → Excused mode, or touch and hold “I prayed” on Home.

Profile → Settings → Language switches between Arabic and English. Numerals chooses Latin (1 2 3) or Arabic-Indic (١ ٢ ٣) digits.

Your history moves with your phone's own backup (iCloud, or Google backup on Android). Restore the backup on the new phone and install Sallait.

Delete the app. All of Sallait's data is on your phone, so deleting the app deletes it. Old copies in your phone's backups disappear when those backups are replaced or deleted. We hold no data about you.

يختار صلّيت طريقة الحساب التي تعتمدها الجهة الرسمية في بلدك حسب المدينة. يُرجى التأكد من صحة المدينة في ملفي ← الإعدادات ← المدينة. ويمكن تغيير طريقة الحساب أو وقت العصر، أو تعديل أي وقت ببضع دقائق من «تعديل الأوقات».

يلزم السماح لصلّيت بالإشعارات. وإن ظهرت في الإعدادات رسالة «قد تتأخر التذكيرات»، فبالضغط عليها يمكن السماح بـ«المنبّهات والتذكيرات» لتصل التنبيهات في دقيقتها. وبعض الهواتف توقف التطبيقات في الخلفية لتوفير البطارية، فيُنصح بجعل استهلاك صلّيت للبطارية «غير مقيّد» من إعدادات الهاتف.

يحتفظ iPhone بعدد محدود من التنبيهات المجدولة، لذا يجدول صلّيت أيامًا قليلة مقدمًا، وفتح التطبيق بين حين وآخر يجدّدها. وإن لم يُفتح لمدة، يصل تنبيه يطلب فتح صلّيت لتستمر التنبيهات.

لا. اضغط «اختر مدينتك» في الشاشة الأولى، أو اختر المدينة من الإعدادات. وإن سمحت بالموقع، فهو يُستخدم على الهاتف لمعرفة مدينتك ومواقيت الصلاة، ولا يحفظه صلّيت ولا يرسله إلينا. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

عند تغيّر المنطقة الزمنية في الهاتف يعرض صلّيت تحديث المواقيت. ويمكن أيضًا اختيار «تلقائي (استخدم موقعي)» للمدينة، أو اختيار المدينة الجديدة من الإعدادات.

أمسك الهاتف أفقيًا بعيدًا عن المعادن والمغناطيس والأغطية المغناطيسية، ثم ارسم بالهاتف رقم ثمانية في الهواء عدة مرات للمعايرة. وعندما تكون الشمس ظاهرة، يمكن لصلّيت الإرشاد بالشمس.

iPhone: المس الشاشة الرئيسية أو شاشة القفل مطولًا، ثم «تعديل» ← «إضافة أداة»، واختر صلّيت. Android: المس الشاشة الرئيسية مطولًا، ثم «الأدوات»، واختر صلّيت. ويمكن تخصيص الأدوات من ملفي ← التصميم ← الأدوات.

يوقف تنبيهات الصلاة، وتستمر الأذكار وسلسلة الأيام. يُفعَّل من الإعدادات ← وضع العذر الشرعي، أو بلمس زر «صلّيت» مطولًا في الشاشة الرئيسية.

من ملفي ← الإعدادات ← اللغة للتبديل بين العربية والإنجليزية، ومن «الأرقام» لاختيار الأرقام اللاتينية (1 2 3) أو الهندية (١ ٢ ٣).

ينتقل سجلك مع النسخة الاحتياطية للهاتف (iCloud، أو النسخ الاحتياطي من Google في Android). استعد النسخة على الهاتف الجديد ثم ثبّت صلّيت.

احذف التطبيق. كل بيانات صلّيت على هاتفك، فحذف التطبيق يحذفها. وتزول النسخ القديمة في النسخ الاحتياطية عند استبدالها أو حذفها. لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات عنك.
